How we work
From brief to aftercare, with the same team throughout.
01
Brief
We listen, visit the site and write down what the building has to do, and for whom.
02
Concept
Sketches and rough models to test ideas quickly. You see three directions before we choose one.
03
Planning
Drawings, reports and meetings with the city until there is permission to build.
04
Technical design
Every junction and material drawn and specified, with engineers and builders at the table.
05
On site
Weekly visits, quick answers and a careful eye on cost and quality.
06
Aftercare
We come back after one year to see what works, and to fix what does not.
